A+T=Our Lovely Life: I turned 25!

Wow, I am getting old.

Let me start by saying that my whole teenage life I had my twenties all 'planned' out....and it looks nothing like where I am today. And I'm totally GOOD with that! I imagined myself married (which I almost am), having children at age 23 (what?! I'm 25 and still feel too young), and graduated college and working as a dental hygienist (boo on me for not doing this...yet).

This year, I thought my birthday would be a quiet little celebration with just my Aust. Nope! My family and friends are THE BEST. I swear. Here's what went on...

On Saturday I was just workin away in the Deli and looked up to see my bestie best standing in the window. I was like 'oh, hey there's Tay!'. I go walking out and then it hits me. I'm like.... 'wait...what are you doing here!?!' At that moment she pulls out a hand made birthday card signed by all the people at my old Costco in Lehi. Then she gives me a gift card to the Egg & I (if you're ever in St George this breakfast restaurant is a MUST). And then pulls out the cutest little cupcake with a single lit candle in it! At this point I'm so overwhelmed I'm crying! Haha. Turns out her mom was headed down here for a couple nights and she happened to have work off so she surprised me. She's the sweetest/best friend I could ever really ask for. That night Michelle took us all to dinner, we hung out at my house and laughed our little bums off. It was such a great kick off to my birthday!

But it doesn't end there. Shortly after they left on Sunday, my mom, Zeppy and Cherie arrived! Oh but wait....they surprised me by bringing Aysha and Dallas! YES! We had fondue for dinner, and spent the night chatting and giggling like little children. The next day we tried to go on a little hike but it was soooo cold and miserably windy that it lasted a good 20 minutes. That night we went to sushi and Aysh helped my mom make me the yummiest birthday cake. I LOVED having them all here in my tiny one bedroom apartment.

Oh, and my dad was so sad he wasn't able to come down but he sent my gift with my sis. A NEW GUN! Ahh! Concealed weapons permit, here I come. I LOVE it

I was wrong...25 was no quiet little celebration. It turned out to be one of the most memorable birthdays I've had so far. Thank you to everyone who thought of me on my special day! I.am.seriously.spoiled.rotten.
