A+T=Our Lovely Life: 33 weeks

I don't know why it has been such a struggle for me to blog lately, but it has! I think about it almost every day and somehow find a reason to procrastinate...just one more day. So, here I am. Making myself do this. Its been 9 weeks since a prego update and the whole point of this was to remember everything... ugh.

How far along are you? 33 weeks and 2 days!

Total weight gain: I want to cry about this question. lol. I have debated over posting my weight gain for the world to judge, but oh well. I've gained 24 pounds. ick. But to be honest, that number totally shocked me because I feel pretty great. And that's all that matters.

How big is the baby?: Somewhere between 17 and 19 inches and about 4.5 pounds. That's like real life baby size!! He's growing every day and I feel it!

Maternity clothes: I am still wearing my same jeans (with the assistance of a hair tie to hold the button together) Yippee! But maternity tops are definitely most comfortable. I wish they made maternity shoes... you know, the kind that didn't take 6 minutes to put on.

Stretch marks?: Still none! KNOCKING ON WOOD! Swearing by tummy butter

Sleep: Totally depends on the day. Buying lavender from doterra has the best purchase to date. It helps put me in a deep deep sleep as long as I can get comfy with my 4+ pillows

Best moment this week: The highlight of everyday is feeling this baby boy move! I am so obsessed with him, he consumes my every thought. His most active times of day are first thing in the morning, lunch time, 6-8 pm and of course the minute I get comfy in bed :) He loves when I lay on my side... and so do I because he's not being jammed up in my ribs. And best moment this month was September 8th when we got a 4D ultrasound. Oh my goodness. I can't get over his little face... he looks just like his daddy! Oh and remember at the gender ultrasound how he was holding his, um, boy parts? Ya, totally did that again! We were all laughing so hard. He's definitely his dad's son.

Movement: Lots of it! I am going to miss it so much. I love that he's getting big enough now that by feeling around I can make out limbs and feet or hands. It's so amazing. He's still a stubborn butt though... Chance has been dying to feel him move and any time I say he's moving out loud he stops, so he finally got to feel him one time when I didn't say anything but just pointed lol. It may be total coincidence, but every time Austin is leaving out of town the baby goes crazy like he's trying to escape and go with dad. It's weird. He's a daddy's boy already. Stinker.

Food cravings: Milk still and sweets. I have been trying REAL hard to cut down on sweets though...but it's hard. Oh, and peaches and bananas

Food aversions: Nothing really!

Gender: Still a boy!!

Pregnancy symptoms: Nice swollen feet after a long day, back pain and braxton hicks. Austin is the best... he gives me a massage almost every day that he's home or sends me to get one every 2 weeks. How did I get so lucky?

Labor signs: Nothing serious! I was having a little bit of cramping and braxton hicks but doc says that's completely normal. He says we'll shoot for after Halloween and before Thanksgiving...that's quite a big gap! I'm hoping no more than a week early, if early at all.

Belly button in or out: It's stretched to the max! After I eat it's def a little out.

What I miss: Tying my shoes with ease, painting my own toes and getting off the couch or bed without a struggle!

What I'm looking forward to: My baby shower this weekend! And my 35 week appointment to check his positioning, my cervix and all that jazz

[31 weeks. Look at that face!! I have this as my screen saver and never get sick of looking at it. He's absolutely perfect. He's all Austin except that top lip. oh and the tech said she could see a little bit of hair!]
